The Lake Minnetonka Home Team will be holding open two homes on the lake this coming Sunday from 1-3 pm! Tim Landon will be hosting 5513 Sherwood Drive in Mound on Lake Minnetonka while Nick Landon will be at 11550 54th Ave. N in Plymouth on Bass Lake. Both homes have beautiful views and must be seen in person!

5513 Sherwood Drive on Lake Minnetonka is the perfect lake home for the growing family. Step inside and be stunned by the two mile view through Andersen windows looking across Harrisons Bay and West Arm! The kitchen area and great room have hardwood floors and are just a few steps away from the deck, making it the perfect area to host a get together!  Entertaining in the kitchen will be easy with corian counter tops, a custom center island, updated appliances, and stereo speakers! Take the paved path down to the lake where you will find 200 feet of lake shore and a large enough yard to host a family party, graduation, or a fun game of volleyball!

Imagine entertaining here!

After a long day head to your master suite where you will find another beautiful view of Harrisons Bay through your Andersen windows! The master bath comes with a whirlpool tub for relaxation as well as a double  vanity and separate shower. There is also a large walk in closet!

Downstairs is the ultimate entertainment area with enough space for multiple game tables, TV's, and stereo system. Guests or the older children will love having three large bedrooms downstairs for privacy and their own walk through bathroom! Don't forget about the hot tub on a cool fall evening!

11550 54th ave. N in Plymouth is set on peaceful Bass Lake and only just a few miles from being in the heart of downtown! Being on the water but so close to the city is a rare luxury. When you pull up to 11550 you will immediately notice the positives this home has to offer.  A three car garage provides enough room for the vehicles and other toys while the extra wide driveway will offer guests more than enough parking space when they are over for the holidays!  Newer Timberline Architectural shingles  looks great with the  changing of the seasons! Mediterranean style brick garage and front door entry way provides a unique look to the home and gives visitors a welcoming feel when they arrive.

View from the beach!

The kitchen offers paneled cabinetry, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and a beautiful bay window to let in natural light! Breakfast or hosting for the holidays will be easy with the amount of space and the large bar to set up appetizers or a buffet! The living room is just a few steps away from the kitchen where you will be able to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and a beautiful sunset from the deck.

The lower level family room would be the perfect spot to host the big game. The gas fireplace and bar will be a hit! Take the party outside though the Andersen sliding glass door that leads out to the custom 1900′s cobblestone patio and lake.  Two extra bedrooms and full bath on the lower level provide space for relatives when they are in from out of town or gives the perfect opportunity for a home office!

We are looking forward to seeing plenty of people this weekend! For more details on these homes please visit our open houses or contact Tim directly at 612-978-5471 or or Nick Landon at 612-280-2758.  To view my other current listings CLICK HERE.
