The Lake Minnetonka Home Team will be hosting two open houses this coming weekend on Lake Minnetonka! The two Lake Minnetonka open houses will be at 950 Maple Crest Drive in Minnetrista and 5513 Sherwood Drive in Mound! Both homes will be open from 1-4 pm on Sunday, October 16th. These exceptional homes are only a few miles apart, so if you can, please come see both us while you are out this weekend! 950 Maplecrest Drive is the lake home you have been waiting for on an acre lot with over 100 ft of lake shore while 5513 Sherwood Drive gives you 2 mile Lake Minnetonka views!

The firstLake Minnetonka Home Team open will be hosted by Nick Landon at 950 Maplecrest Drive. Found at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 950 Maplecrest Drive is an outstanding lake home that provides 100 feet of Lake Minnetonka lake shore, close proximity to 394, and an acre lot for the kids to run around. Tim Landon will be at the second open house at 5513 Sherwood Drive. Before stepping inside I suggest you take a few more steps to the deck area and be taken back by the view! You will feel like the king and queen of the castle with the 2 mile Lake Minnetonka view that stretches through Harrisons and West Arm Bay! Take the wonderfully pavered path through the landscaping and down to the lake where there is more than enough room to host parties, gatherings, or set up the volleyball net.
