I have nothing but good things to say about Tim! He has become a great friend to me and is now (sadly for me) a former neighbor of mine. I knew even before I decided to sell my home that he would be my realtor. He was very patient, kind and good to me while waiting six months for my home to finally sell! While living in Florida, Tim help our family find and buy a home in Minnetrista, on Halsteads Bay. His experience in the Minnetonka area was great and helped us find the perfect house.

Pros: 1. Expert knowledge in all the neighborhoods in the Minnetonka area and surprisingly knows most of the  individual houses — when they sold, who sold them, how long they have lived there, problems individual homes have had in the past, etc…. Great info. It was obvious he has been in the area and business a long time.  2. Excellent negotiator. Tim negotiated a great deal on the home. A lot of agents I’ve dealt with in the past, just want to close the deal. It was obvious, Tim wanted to get us the best deal.  3. Post Sale follow up. After moving in, our family need to get some help with a number of items in the home we wanted to change and update. Flooring, paint, weekly cleaner, gardener, etc. Tim didn’t disappear after the sale and helped us with all of these items. Excellent Post sale service.  4. Very Honest. He was very quick to point out any problems or issues we should stay clear of while showing us homes.

Cons. 1. To make this post as fair and honest as possible, I wanted to list a “con” which he could improve on. After putting thought into in, I couldn’t come up with anything. He is a Top Notch realtor.
