I have used Tim as my agent for at least 8 buying and selling transactions in the last 20 years, most recently in Feb. 2015 when he sold my home and helped me buy a new one. He is extremely knowledgeable with the local market and the process for supporting me as both buyer and seller. Each transaction had its own set of unique circumstances and Tim always knew how to assist and has gone above and beyond to keep things running as smooth as possible. What I like about working with Tim is his accuracy and honesty. He lets you know what buyers will see as positives and negatives about your property and what the property will likely sell for (like it or not). He is also very knowledgeable when looking at new properties as far as good value, structural condition, etc. and has saved me more than once from buying a home that would have required a lot more work and money that I could have handled. For me, buying a home is emotional and I always appreciated him keeping it realistic. I have recommended Tim to many of my friends and will continue to use him in the future as well.
