Cody’s Story

Cody has always had a love for homes and anything about them! With a range of different professions over the last 10 years he has come to find that being a real estate agent is his true calling. Cody is thankful to to be working alongside his father and brother as mentors, having nearly 40 years combined experience in the industry. Though being newer to real estate, his past life experiences have shaped him into who he is today. His main focus is serving his clients in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. He is committed to providing passionate and exceptional service to all clients who need assistance in this constantly changing real estate market. Cody is ambitious, passionate, and committed and would love to provide his services to anyone needing them.

Cody’s Personal Life

Cody and his wife Yuliya purchased their first home in Waconia in the fall of 2020. Shortly after moving they welcomed their daughter Milana into the world. Milana is now two and a ball of energy, with a sibling on the way. She’s their pride and joy and they could not be happier with where things are at in life! Cody, Yuliya, and Milana love to spend as much time outside as possible during the warmer parts of the year. Their favorite things to do include spending quality time with family, grabbing a coffee, going for walks, and the occasional spontaneous vacation. Cody is also an avid fisherman, and having grown up on and around Lake Minnetonka he knows the body of water quite well!
