My name is Nick Landon.  I’m the second member of the Lake Minnetonka Home Team.  I have lived in the Lake Minnetonka area my whole life with a family accustomed to home transitioning and keeping up with the real estate market. My father has been selling real estate in the area for for 34 years with a successful business strategy that I plan to carry on for years to come. I will be the first to tell you that selling/buying a home can be tough, but with the right people it can be a joyous, life changing adventure. As I had I mentioned earlier, I grew up around Lake Minnetonka and graduated from the award winning Mound-Westonka High School as a National Honor’s Society student. From there I attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated in 2014. I keep up to speed with the latest computer updates, systems, and programs to help with marketing in the area. In my spare time I like to keep up with the local sports teams and go to the local Anytime Fitness in Mound.  Tim at Anytime Fitness is an excellent owner that truly cares about the community just as much as we do.
